The Space
House of Verra is a softly lit studio designed for stillness, release, self expression, ceremony, connection, and coming home to yourself. In the heart of Berlin, Maryland, the space is designed to feel like stepping into a coastal cocoon of sorts, enveloping you with a sense of calm as you enter. With warm light, earthy textures, and an open, welcoming feel, the space invites you to exhale, move freely, and perhaps hear your Self more clearly. Come to teach, to gather, to create, to move, to transform, to rest, to breathe, to be held, or to hold space for others. House of Verra welcomes you.
What the Space Offers
Refined, light-filled studio with soft textures and natural ambiance
Space for up to 10-20 guests depending on type of event (8-10 yoga mats max can fit in the studio space)
Ambient lighting and restroom access
Access to bluetooth enabled sound system
One couch and one large armchair
Small refrigerator (no kitchen or prep sink)
Additional Amenities: Yoga mats, floor cushions, round and rectangular bolsters, eye pillows, blankets, meditation cushions, cork pressure point balls, straps, cork blocks available to instructors/practitioners. For other gatherings and events please inquire about availability when booking.

Setup and breakdown time included in rental
Guests are responsible for all cleanup and removal of food, trash, and decor
No kitchen or food prep area available on-site (food must be prepared off site or catered)

Events we may not be able to accommodate include:
Gatherings with more than 20 guests
Events that go late into the night
Parties with loud music or high-volume activity
Events with large food setups without a catering company that require kitchen access in space or lack a clear cleanup plan (we do not have a kitchen or space to clean dishes adequately)
Parties or events for young children involving paint, glitter, or potentially damaging props.
